At Ophélie & Co, customer satisfaction is important to us.
To ensure fair and consistent treatment for all customers, refunds and returns are governed by the conditions outlined below.

⏱ 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, where applicable.

⚠️ Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Certain Ophélie & Co products, including tights worn directly against the skin, are considered hygiene-sensitive items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted once the individual hygiene seal or packaging has been opened.

This information is clearly provided before purchase.

✅ Unopened Products

If the product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging:

  • the return request may be approved,

  • a refund is issued after inspection,

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

❌ Opened or Tried-On Products

If the product has been opened, worn, or tried on:

  • it is not eligible for a return or refund,

  • no refund will be issued.

As a commercial goodwill gesture only, and without any contractual obligation, Ophélie & Co may, at its sole discretion, offer partial compensation of up to 30% after reviewing the request. This gesture is not guaranteed.

📏 Size Issues

Sizing issues do not constitute a product defect.

  • Opened products are not eligible for a refund.

  • A size exchange may be offered, subject to availability and approval by our customer service team.

  • Unopened products remain eligible for return.

📦 Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or incorrect:

  • please contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery,

  • provide clear supporting evidence (photos or videos),

  • after review, a replacement or refund may be offered at no additional cost.

📍 Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💳 Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • it is issued to the original payment method,

  • within 14 days of return approval and inspection,

  • processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

⚖️ Fair Use Policy

Any references to a “30-day trial” in our marketing materials are subject to the conditions outlined above, particularly regarding hygiene-sensitive products.

Ophélie & Co reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy or in cases of excessive or abusive return behavior.
