All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours maximum (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 6 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your country of residence and the period of activity.

Delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only and may vary due to logistical, customs, or carrier-related constraints beyond our control.

Shipping Responsibility

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, Ophélie & Co cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

No refund may be requested solely due to a delivery delay, provided that the order has been shipped and a valid tracking number is available.

We remain available to assist with parcel tracking and to support our customers whenever needed.

Return Request Deadline

Any return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

General Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only after prior approval from our customer service team.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • not have been used,

  • be in its original condition,

  • be returned in its original packaging.

⚠️ Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Certain Ophélie & Co products, particularly items worn directly against the skin (such as tights), are subject to return restrictions for hygiene reasons.

If the individual hygiene seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products
